I teach on yoga retreats in locations across the globe a few times a year. Retreats allow you to step away from everyday life, they give you an opportunity to delve deeper into your yoga practice, and most importantly, they give your heart and soul time and space that is needed to grow and expand.
My retreats are suitable for all levels and yoga experience. Classes generally comprise of a more dynamic morning class to align to body and breath, followed by an afternoon practice to delve deeper into the postures, relax and restore.

The first thing to strike you about Vigla Village is its sublime location on the Ionian Coast of the Greek island of Kefalonia. It’s a feast for the senses as you take in the intoxicating smell of the pine and eucalyptus trees and the crystal clear, deep blue of the Ionian sea. Coupled with the welcoming and open-hearted Greek hospitality, you cannot help but begin to relax as soon as you arrive.
Perched high on a clifftop, the clean and comfortable apartments with private balconies, overlook the inspiring panorama. Just a short stroll away you can take the picturesque path down to Vigla’s own private beach and the warm and inviting sea.
One could quite easily while away a week of deep rest and rejuvenation here, enjoying the wonderful private beach and swimming pool. There’s also plenty of space to find a quiet spot in the shade of the trees enjoying the colours and fragrance of the beautiful flowers.
For those with an adventurous spirit you could hire a car to explore the outstanding beauty of this island. Caves, boat trips, snorkelling, fishing, trips to stunning local villages and a visit to Myrtos, known to be one of the world’s most beautiful beaches, are amongst some of the many things on offer in Kefalonia.
