What can I tell you about me?

My general response when asked this question is that I am just a simple girl!! I love the simple things in life- my morning coffee, walks in nature, time with my family and friends, painting my toe nails, watching re-runs of Friends, and of course, yoga!

I fell in love with yoga as soon as I stepped on my mat over 20 years ago and have never looked back… well unless I was doing a back bend!! I would be lost without yoga!!

Yoga, for me now is a regular discipline and not just an exercise routine. I love the spiritual benefits of yoga and through movement yoga creates this inner space, a sense of freedom and happiness to the soul.

Years of practicing led me to embark on my journey as a teacher. Yoga helps us centre and balance our lives in a way that keeps us naturally happy, healthy and emotionally stable. In my classes I guide students with warmth and friendliness, creating a welcoming space for all to connect with their bodies, minds and hearts. With a focus on movement and breath I encourage students to cultivate awareness, presence and intention in their practice. My passion for the philosophy of yoga shines through in every class I teach, I love sharing the wisdom and the teachings and believe that yoga has the power to transform our entire way of being. I feel honoured and humbled to share this ancient practice with others.

In addition to teaching classes and hosting retreats, I am dedicated to training and mentoring future yoga teachers on their journey to becoming skilled and confident teachers. You can find me at Hotpod Yoga, co-leading the 200hr Vinyasa Flow training programme, where I share my knowledge and expertise with aspiring teachers. I also offer a monthly mentoring program for teachers looking to refine their skills, gain valuable insights, and grow in their teaching at Ark Space and also I am part of the mentoring faculty at Evolution Lab.


I am over 700 hours trained in yoga and I continue to develop and enhance my knowledge of yoga (forever a student)
