What can I tell you about me?

My general response when asked this question is that I am just a simple girl!! I love the simple things in life- my morning coffee, a run in the park, time with my family and friends, painting my toe nails, watching re-runs of Friends, and of course, yoga!

I fell in love with yoga as soon as I stepped on my mat ten years ago and have never looked back… well unless I was doing a back bend!! I would be lost without yoga!!

Yoga, for me now is a regular discipline and not just an exercise routine. I love the spiritual benefits of yoga and through movement yoga creates this inner space, a sense of freedom and happiness to the soul.

Years of practicing led me to embark on my journey as a teacher. Yoga helps us centre and balance our lives in a way that keeps us naturally happy, healthy and emotionally stable. I feel very grateful I can share the magic of yoga with others. In my classes I create a friendly space where I encourage students to move mindfully, with an emphasis on breath and good alignment.

I am 700 hours trained in yoga and I continue to develop and enhance my knowledge of yoga (forever a student)
